Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy – Working Together

Bells Removals is committed to staying up to date with information from our Governments on the Coronavirus (COVID 19). Our priority is the safety and well-being of our staff, customers and wider community, as such we are continuing to update & implement procedures in order to minimise the risks of exposure.

When we enter your home or workplace to conduct work, it becomes our workplace and we therefore ask that our customers also respect social distancing and hygiene guidelines as outlined by our health authorities.

What we have done

1) We provide sanitiser and hand-wash to our staff

2) Our trucks interiors are cleaned daily

3) We provide gloves to be used as needed

4) We follow guidelines for social distancing where practical

5) Reducing the handling of paperwork

Ways that you can help

1) Complete the COVID 19 declaration prior to your relocation

2) Advise if you are unwell (note: if on arrival at your premises you are observed to be unwell we reserve the right to refuse service)

3) Follow guidelines for social distancing

4) Provide your own pen for signing documents as needed.

5) Ensure all the doors to the rooms on the premises are open

6) Turn on light switches if needed

If you are in isolation, please advise our office staff prior to any component of your relocation

If you have any questions regarding an upcoming relocation that is already booked or wish to arrange for relocation, please contact our offices: Hobart 03 6229 9099 and Melbourne 03 8793 4800, where one of our friendly staff will gladly assist.

We thank you for your support of our Tasmania owned, family business and look forward to assisting you.

Kind Regards,
