We have been thrilled by the excellent condition of our household goods that were stored with Bells for thirteen years, whilst we were living overseas. We put a complete house in storage and had a complete house when it was eventually unpacked. There was no evidence of any damage whilst in storage (or during delivery to Brisbane) including no breakage, mould, insect, heat or humidity damage. Chris Bell is very experienced in working out the entire removal procedure. His estimate for the quantity of materials needed for our packing is just superb. The two fellows who helped me move were very friendly, respectful and helpful. On the day we moved it was quite a hot day but they didn’t complain about the heat and just got on with the job at hand. They continually worked as a team and discussed the best way to manoeuver large items of furniture before moving them (to avoid running into problems). We were more than happy with the service we received from Bells Removals. Chris came to our home and gave us a quote, advice, recommendations and what to expect. The ladies in the office were very helpful in giving us advice and in clarifying any queries we had.
